Delicious! I have been twice, once to dine in and once to take out. Both times I had the flatbread and it was impressive. Great flavor - couldn't even tell it was GF! And their lentil soup was one of a kind! I can't wait to go back! LOVE this place - gluten-free, GMO free, organic and local. Stellar!

Food is very good but service is terrible, as several reviewers have mentioned. Wait staff has been rude, inattentive, and slow on many occasions. One afternoon, the owner of the restaurant gave away our reservation without notifying us in advance. We arrived on time for our reservation to find our table had been given away. When confronted, the staff and owner had no excuse or remedy. We had to go elsewhere with our large party of adults and children. We didn't even receive an apology. We decided to give them another chance because the food is good and free of our daughters' allergens. We returned several more times for dinner and lunch until recently. We put in a custom order birthday cake for our daughter over a month in advance. The owner never confirmed our order or sent us a quote although we asked her to many times. We called and emailed her countless times over the past few weeks with no response. Her employees who answered the phone couldn't even give us a straight cost and asked us every time we called what type of cake we were ordering. This should have been recorded in their system already. So yesterday, we decided to cancel our order and go with another vegan baker in Wake Forest who provided us with a quote and cake order right away. Even if I could get the owner of Fresh Levant to respond, we don't trust that she would actually have the cake made for the party next weekend. They have lost customers for good now.
